MM Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2019 to promote Latin American artists. Our base is in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Currently our staff artists coexist with guest artists to combine very different practices with a conceptual rigor that is fundamental to the discourse of contemporary art.
MM Gallery is a detachment of 488 gallery, gallery art founded in 2010 that always promoted Latin American photographers in different spaces and formats as exhibitions in galleries, specific sites. We’ve participated in national and international fairs, favoring dialogue between all actors of the art market (artists, curators, collectors and institutions).
Luciana Massarino is a photographer and has been Director of 488 gallery (contemporary art gallery in Buenos Aires) since 2010. She graduated from the Argentine School of Photography at BS AS, deepened her studies by attending workshops and construction clinics in Barcelona and Rio de Janeiro.
She is a photography teacher and portfolio reviewer at events such as Festival de la Luz, Buenos Aires.
And as a photographer she has exhibited in various countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Panama.
Romina is an economist, with a postgraduate degree in MKTG and studies in Art History.
She worked as Director of the art galleries Amancio and Angel Guido, contemporary art gallery in Buenos Aires. He also worked as Institutional Relations and Fundraising in various
institutions, such as Fundación Arte Viva.
